Abstract
Lumière and Lens Studio is a photography kiosk based in Johor that offers affordable photo services for individuals, families, and special occasions such as weddings, Eid, and anniversaries. Targeting youths aged 18–30, families, and professionals like students, teachers, and business owners, the studio provides various themed backgrounds, green screen options, and outdoor photoshoot services. With a start-up cost of RM100,000 covering equipment, renovation, and utilities, the business expects monthly profits of RM12,000–RM15,000, rising to RM35,000–RM40,000 during festive seasons. Founded by Che Wan Ameera, a photography enthusiast, Lumière and Lens Studio aims to deliver high-quality, trend-driven photography services while ensuring long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
