Abstract

The name of our company is Good Times Company. Our business is mainly about selling food in an automated machine, vending machine. The products that we sell are instant noodles and soft drinks. We provide machine that can save people's time when buying their food. Our office will be located at Sulaman Sentral. The machines will be placed in UiTM respectively at Komsat, library, and hostels. These locations are very suitable because many students and staff will be there. Good Times Company operation hours will start from 8 a.m until 5 p.m every day. However, the vending machine will be operating for 24 hours. Our form of business entities are partnership. Our partnership consists of six people who contributed an amount of RM30,000 and each of us is the shareholder in this company, and also involved in the project management. The members of shareholders are:
