The sea of love: illustration poetry book

Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological, and spiritual growth. It means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. The purpose of this project is to shed light on the relatively unknown occurrence of self-love and to encourage a conscious grasp of what it is as many people neglect or misunderstand the concept of self-love which leads to low self-esteem. Unfortunately, many people do not have a complete understanding of themselves.
