Abstract

Motivation is difficult to explain and practice. However, motivation is still the one thing that makes people productive in their jobs. Whether the motivation is tangible or not it all depends on the individual and how management takes the information and applies it. There are many theories and practices that can be studied and applied to any situation. Motivational theory are studied and practiced by theorist and companies to increase productivity. This project paper is conducted purposely to study the motivational practices that influence employee motivational level in the workplace. A sample of 20 respondents was given the questionnaire in the Headquarter of Johore Tenggara Oil Palm Berhad and the findings is hopefully can contribute and help this school and others parties that need to know the practices that could increase employee motivation in the workplace.
