Study of practicing in managing work group in decision making: a case study At Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Alor Gajah, Malacca

The research project has successfully being done by the researcher at Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat, Alor Gajah, Malacca. The researcher chooses this organization as location for study the topic of practicing managing work group in decision making. That organization is suitable for the topic because Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat is implement work group in decision making especially Operation Department. In the first chapter, it will explain on the issue that arises where it includes the problem statement. Besides, it needed to identity on the objectives of the research. Researcher also needs to know on the scope of the research before it is been done. In this chapter also, it will explain on the significance of the study, several limitation that are faces by the researcher. Furthermore, it is also needed to identify on the several key terms and concepts based on the research topic. In the second chapter, it is more on the conceptual or research framework in order to give a clear explanation on the topic that being studied. It is focusing on the literature review that need to identify on the different conceptual from different people who have such opinion on the topic being studied. Hypotheses also needed in this chapter to know the outcomes that researcher may find at the end of the research result. The third chapter will explain on the methods that being used in doing the research. It is include the research design, which identify on the method that being used by the researcher. Besides, it is also needed to identify the sample size on how many of the total population that being studied, the sampling technique used, data collection and data analysis. The forth chapter will explain on the finding of the research. It is included the respondents profile in order to fill in the SPSS program. From the table that being showed that is descriptive, frequencies and cross tabs, researcher than interpret from each of the table in order to know the finding of the research that being done. In the last chapter, that is chapter five, it is needed by researcher to do some discussion and conclusion. It will state on a brief restatement of the findings to know the outcomes of the findings. Besides, it is also needed to do a comparison and evaluation of the findings in the context of the literature in the area and if there is any qualification of the findings that is needed if necessary and related to the topic being studied.
