Abstract
The purpose of this study project is to examine the challenges faced by foreign workers in the construction industry, with a particular emphasis on the variables that influence these challenges, find solutions for the involvement of foreign workers, and examine concerns faced by professionals in contractors' organizations. A three-phase research methodology topic selection and literature evaluation, data collection, and data analysis/dissertation writing are outlined in the proposal. The definition of contractors and foreign labour, the need for foreign labour, and the obstacles associated with foreign workers' participation such as social issues and inadequate communication skills are all covered in the literature study. A questionnaire survey is used in the research approach to gather data, which will then be analyzed to meet the study's objectives. With an emphasis on safeguarding the welfare of foreign labour amid unanticipated situations, the study highlights the significance of collaboration and consistency among government agencies when interacting with migrant workers. The chapter on suggestions and conclusion provides an overview of the analysis and shows that the study's objectives have been met. There will be some suggestions offered for any more research.
