Abstract

Entrepreneurship is defined as a process of innovation and new venture creation across four key dimensions: individual, organization, environment, and institution. Entrepreneurs are individuals who actively form, lead, and nurture their own businesses for growth. Sweet Pizza Enterprise is a partnership business of six partners, where each contributes an equal amount of capital and holds a distinct managerial position. The company's core focus is on producing an innovative "Sweet Pizza", which combines pizza with various jams and colorful chip decorations. This new product was developed to capitalize on the existing Malaysian love for pizza and meet a potential demand for novelty and variety. By introducing this unique offering, the partners aim to expand their business industry and eventually become one of Malaysia's leading entrepreneurs in the food sector, with the goal of breaking into the international market.
