Abstract
Kreatif Kaw Enterprise is a partnership business offering chilling beverages under the brand name "Kopi Kaw Melekat." The business is located at Lot 1, Jalan Utama 2/1, Taman Utama, 85000 Segamat, Johor, a strategic location chosen to target high-end and middle-end customers. The company is managed by five partners: the General Manager, Administration Manager, Financial Manager, Marketing Manager, and Operation Manager. The capital is shared equally among all members, with each of the five partners contributing RM 20,000, resulting in no need for external loans. The main products are beverages featuring ten distinct flavors, supplied by Si Manis Café and Bakery. These flavors are divided into Set A (Cocoa, Chocolate, Mocha, Cappuccino, and Hazelnut) and Set B (Tiramisu, Strawberry, Greentea, Latte, and Vanilla). Kreatif Kaw Enterprise is confident in its future success and competitive ability, citing efficient and effective management, and a First-Mover advantage due to its unique product category in the market.
