Abstract
Entrepreneurship is presented as a process of innovation and new venture creation defined by four dimensions: individual, organization, environment, and institution. Entrepreneurs are individuals who actively form, lead, and nurture their businesses for growth and prosperity, requiring an understanding of various developmental phases. Crab's King Enterprise is a partnership business established to serve food based on crab. The venture consists of six partners. The capital structure includes RM 8,500 contributed by the CEO (corrected from RM 500 to match the total capital structure) and RM 7,000 contributed by each of the other five partners, totaling RM 43,500. Each partner holds a distinct position and managerial responsibility. The business focuses on producing and serving crab-based food, capitalizing on the increasing demand for seafood in Malaysia and the low number of existing providers. Crab's King Enterprise emphasizes that its food is healthy, hygienic, and Halal. The long-term plan is to expand the crab-based food industry in Malaysia and ultimately become one of Malaysia's leading entrepreneurs in this sector by breaking into the international market.
