Abstract

The Barber shop was located in Alamesra Plaza Utama, Kola Kinabalu. 88400 Sabah that allows the entire family to have their hair needs satisfied in one convenient location. The barber shop serves men, women and for the children. The barber shop also sells retail hair care products. There are many others barber shop or salons. the barber shop will excel due to its attention to detail regarding customer service. Through unheralded customer attention, the barber shop will slowly but surely gain market share as it services the entire family, creating long term relationships. Otherwise, people have decided to use our services when they want to fulfill their hair need, for example to have their hair cut or to make over their appearance through different hair style. The barber shop has foreseen this opportunity to provide the finest and highest quality of hair cut and styling to all people, depends on their age or gender. The barber shop saw the opportunity that this business has the potential of success provided that it is handled efficiently. The people have always needed to take care of their hair, it is because the hair will reflects to their personality and to make them feel more confidence and more comfortable.
