Abstract

Farwin Partnership is an entrepreneurial venture established as a traditional food producer in Bandar Hilir, Melaka. The core product, Lepat Urban, is an innovative take on the traditional lepat, offered with a variety of flavours and toppings. The shop will feature a comfortable seating area to enhance the customer experience. The target market is deliberately broad, including people of all ages, especially traditional food lovers, due to the product's delicious nature and low price point, making it accessible despite varying incomes. The business prioritizes product quality through the use of fresh ingredients and strict cleanliness, alongside innovation to continuously upgrade the original lepat into their own unique styles. Initially, Farwin Partnership will operate as a single, small bakery but plans for future expansion to open more stores in every major city in Malaysia. A company website will be used to promote products and allow for customer orders, increasing accessibility. The pricing strategy focuses on being competitive by calculating minimum price options to prevent losses and setting prices slightly lower than competitors, provided industry prices cover costs. Initial marketing efforts include a grand opening with free samples and active community involvement to build brand awareness and loyalty. The company plans to use financial analysis, customer surveys, and market share comparisons to evaluate the effectiveness of its strategies and ensure long-term success and profitability.
