Abstract
This business plan details Kimbap Corner, a partnership comprising six members, each holding a key management role (General, Administration, Marketing, Operational, Assistant Operational, and Financial Manager). The initial capital is RM 47,836, funded by a total contribution of RM 7,972.67 from each partner and a loan of RM 22,437 from Agro Bank. Located at G-20, Ground Floor, One Segamat Shopping Complex, 85000 Segamat, Johor, with the tagline "Malaysian Inspired, Fresh and Local," Kimbap Corner focuses on producing the rice roll, Kimbap, a traditional Japanese/Korean food. The company innovates this product by introducing Malaysian-inspired fillings, such as the popular Kimbap filled with Rendang, to appeal to local tastes. This innovation targets busy office workers and students seeking a simple, convenient, and attractive meal or snack, highlighting its light texture, simple preparation, and marketability. The company anticipates commencing operations in 2015, with a vision to become a well-known and customer-satisfying establishment, aiming for expansion and future collaborations with other food companies. The partners are confident that the innovative and systematically managed large-scale production, driven by a modern approach, will make the business profitable and allow the product to become a popular daily snack, ensuring long-term stability and growth.
