Abstract
Labour productivity is an essential aspect of project management. It helps in enhancing the skills and competencies of workers and ensures that they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively. The purpose of this study focuses on labour productivity at construction sites. Therefore, to achieve the aims, three (3) objectives has been set which is to investigate the relevant factors in enhancing labour productivity at construction sites, to identify the challenges faced in enhancing labour productivity at construction sites and to provide solution for enhancing labour productivity at construction sites. To support this study, a questionnaire survey was distributed among contractors in Johor Bahru to find out about labour productivity at construction sites. Then, data obtained was analysed by using descriptive techniques. The analysed data was presented in the form of a table and pie chart. There are a lot of factors and challenges that have been the barrier in improved labour productivity. So, a variety of solutions have been provided in this study. It is expected that this can be used to identify the factors and challenges also provided suggested solution for enhancing labour productivity at construction sites.
