Abstract
Simposium Kecemerlangan Operasi (OE) 2017 Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) anjuran Institut Kualiti dan Pengembangan Ilmu (InQKA) telah berlangsung dengan jayanya pada 15 Ogos 2017 bertempat di Dewan Sri Bestari Intekma Resort & Convention Centre bertujuan untuk memantapkan pelaksanaan penambahbaikan proses kerja serta memperkukuhkan amalan Kecemerlangan Operasi di seluruh UiTM.
