The respondent for this study was selected by using simple random sampling method. Mean score for knowledge questionnaire among students of UiTM Puncak Alam was high, which is 8.08. There was significant association between course of students and knowledge score (p=<0.001). However, no significant association between knowledge score and highest education level to ever completed (p=0.896) and between knowledge score and study year (p=0.555). Majority of the students also have positive attitudes on vaccine, especially attitudes towards safety use of vaccine, vaccine education and improving vaccination rate and coverage. Knowledge level on MMR vaccine among student of UiTM Puncak Alam was a satisfactory and good. Exposure to vaccination were quite high, but still there were minority whom do not vaccinated yet. Majority of the student show positive attitudes and practice of vaccination. Although vaccination being viewed as generalized understanding, still some do not have adequate knowledge and better attitudes to improve vaccination coverage. It is important to practice immunization as this can improve quality of life and prevent harmful disease.
