Abstract

In this assignment, we were assigned to do a complete design and report about double storey house by using architectural drawing of a project already built. This assignment was for individual task and must complete within 14 weeks with the guidance of a lecturer. For this project, I decided to choose a project managed by Daiman Development Berhad. This project was located at PTO 3700, Taman Daiman Jaya, Mukim Kota Tingg, Johor Darul Takzim that proposed 117 double storey terrace houses. This project was proposed in July 2015. We must do manual calculation and use esteem software.
