Abstract

Universiti Teknologi Mara Kota Kinabalu is situated in Sepangar, Kota Kinabalu and has about 2000 students that are taking their Bachelor and Diploma level. There are three cafeterias in the campus for the students whom are staying at the hostel. Our research aim on two objectives that are to identify which place that students in UiTM Sabah prefer to dine in based on the price fairness and the service quality. During this research', we are taking 100 respondents from five different diploma courses to response with our questionnaire. After doing the research and analyzing it, most students prefer to go to BTC Cafe to dine in as the cafe provide them with good food quality and cheaper food price compare to the others.
