A road with a flat surface is very important no matter where. This is because, the flat surface of this road can prevent accidental accidents. Therefore, this report will discuss about the road construction and also the procurement process. It is very important to know the first step before construct the road. This report was conducted for the building that is located at Pasir Raja which is a clinic that being conduct under Public Work Department Dungun. The objective of this report is to identify the process before construct the road and how far it fulfils the requirements in the guideline.
