Construction of party wall

This report was conducted at residential at Metro Pengkalan Phase 3C Batu Gajah. Party wall is a solitary wall separating segment between two abutting structures that is shared by the tenants of every living at arrangement or business. One portion of the party wall sits on every proprietor's property. It was general condition where the party wall will be used as dividing wall between two adjoining buildings. The aim of this report is to learn the construction method to construct party wall. Furthermore, the objectives of this report are to identify the equipment and machineries used, to study the construction methods and identified the type of party wall that being used.
