Abstract

Most people have heard about benefits and have general idea of what the words means. It was a pay equally according to any qualification that are related with the work they holds. All these benefits were considered to bring satisfaction while giving them security when they are in works. Meanwhile job satisfaction will be influence by these benefits. It is the important things for the organizations to know whether the benefits provided bring satisfactions or not to their jobs. It is because the job satisfaction may give some negative responses to the work perform or maybe it will affect the productivity. So this study may unwrap the issue regarding the benefits provided by any organizations either they are satisfied or not. So, some necessary move or action may be taken to ensure the organizations fulfill the job satisfaction due to the benefits provided. For this study purposes, 50 set of the questionnaires were distributed to the workers of the Jaya Jusco organization at Malacca branch.
