Industrial training report: MiGHT

Completely finished my internship at MiGHT was an honoured to be a part of the organisation for 6 months (24 weeks). I value every minute and consider it to be of utmost importance because the experiences I have gained will help me land a better job after graduation. This report will include every assignment and task I have finished.
I was placed in Human Resources Unit under the Corporate Affairs and Strategy Division (CASD) which greatly increase my knowledge and proficiency in human resources skills. My job scope and assigned tasks helped me to gain a deeper understanding of human resource management. My own positive internship experience has been facilitated by the presence of friendly coworkers and a supervisor who is both understanding and helpful.
From my perspective, MiGHT is not a company that specializes in human resources. Assisting Malaysia in achieving greater technological proficiency and capability was the primary objective of MiGHT. Apart from my academic background, I have learned novel knowledge about advanced technology in rail transportation, shipbuilding and ship repair, green management, and aerospace.
