Industrial training report: Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan Bukit Gantang

Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan Bukit Gantang provided me with many pleasant and helpful memories during my 6-month industrial training. In this report, I have prepared the company's profile, which includes its history, vision, mission, objectives, goals, organizational chart, and the products and services it offers. The company's core business is agriculture; they sell various things to farmers and also provide a service to them. Next, as part of the training reflection, I was assigned to the management team, which provided me with valuable experience. Working at the firm has helped me progress in many new areas, including soft skills and technology abilities, since I accomplished all of the duties assigned to me by my supervisor.
The firm also provided me with both extrinsic and intrinsic benefits like allowances and credentials, and I learned how to utilize their software to update the member profile. Furthermore, to conclude the company research, I conducted a SWOT analysis to assess the organization's overall performance. This paper employed SWOT analysis to assess its present condition based on internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities, and external threats. As a result, discussion and recommendations may be made now that the company study is complete, with the goal of improving the firm's business development and performance, which has been impacted by several concerns and problems. To summarize, the process of producing this report has helped me have a better understanding of how PPKBG operates overall. All of the experiences and information I obtained at the company exposed me to the realities of the working environment in the sector, which broadened my perspective. In the future, I believe my internship experience will help me survive in the industry.
