Industrial training: Hicom Automotive Manufacturer (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

This report refers to work completed during my internship with the HICOM Automotive Manufacturer (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd from February 2 th, 2015 until June 30th, 2004. HICOM Automotive is one of the companies that focus on production and assembly of automobiles. Located in Pekan, Pahang, HICOM Automotive was one of the subsidiaries of DRB-HICOM. In HICOM Automotive or well known as HAMM, I've been placed in human capital division under human resource department. My task here is to help the human capital division manage the personal file cabinet and also do other human resource, payroll and some other tasks. What I've done so far is to make sure the flow of the works can be done smoothly and did not have any problem during the submission date. During my industrial training here, I've learn so many a new thing that can enhance my personal skills. I've learn how to communicate and deal with other people with different position and experience. In here also I get a motivation to do my best in everything. I also get a lot of new knowledge that can be use in the future.
