Industrial training report: HRSB Engineering and Construction Sdn Bhd

The experiences and knowledge that I received during my six month internship at HRSB Engineering and Construction Sdn Bhd were very valuable and enjoyable. This report is based on the wonderful six-month internship journey starting on 3 March 2024, until 11 March 2024, at HRSB Engineering and Construction Sdn Bhd. I have been designated for employment in HRSB under the supervision of Puan Sharifah Salmah Binti Syed Mazlan, who is the Human Resources Manager in the company. Puan Fatimi Binti Yusof, as Human Resources Officer also gave me guidance throughout the whole internship session.
The SWOT analysis, which consists of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, is done by incorporating the PESTEL analysis framework, which includes political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal. The main objective of this report is to measure the student's understanding of the industry as well as a part of a reflective journey on what has been achieved during the 24 weeks of internship at HRSB Engineering and Construction Sdn Bhd. I was grateful to get the opportunity and involvement in HRSB, which is primarily focused on human resources. This encompassed a range of activities, including payroll, recruitment, and training.
