Industrial training report: PEPS-JV (M) Sdn Bhd

During the internship, I gained tons of amazing and practical recol lections from my six months of industrial training at PEPS -JV (M) SDN BHD. I have included the company's biography, including its goals, vision, mission, and organizational chart, as wel l as its product and service offerings, in this report. The production of vehicle parts is the company' main l ine of operation.
Next, I stated that I was given a job in the administrative and human resources department in the training ref lection. My job experience at the f irm has improved me in many areas, including my computer abi l ities and soft ski l ls, since I have f inished al l of my manager 's assigned assignments. In addition, the organization has provided me with both internal and external perks, including training on their off icial website, experience, and an al lowance.
Additional ly, the SWOT analysis was uti l ized in this report to examine the report 's present state in terms of internal weaknesses, external opportunities, and external threats. In order to help the organization enhance the business development and performance that are impacted by certain chal lenges and problems, I have included a SWOT matrix for discussion and recommendations.
In summary, the process of f inishing this report has improved my understanding of how PEPS-JV(M) functions in actual work situations. My mind was awakened to the real ities of the working environment in the business by al l the experiences and information I acquired whi le working for the f irm. I am hoping that this internship can help me in the future to make it in another f ield.
