Abstract
I completed my internship at Molnlycke Health Care Sdn. Bhd. in Kulim Hi- Tech from 1st March to 9th August 2024, where I was assigned to the Learning and Development Department under the supervision of Siti Marhainis Binti Mohamad. Our focus was on enhancing the skills and competencies of team members through various training programs and initiatives.
In addition, the department's role at Molnlycke Health Care is pivotal in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competencies of the workforce. My Responsibilities included designing, developing, and implementing training programs aligned with the company's strategic goals, covering technical skills, leadership development, and personal growth. Moreover, I facilitated onboarding and orientation for new hires, supported performance management and identified skill gaps.
Overall, my internship at Molnlycke Health Care provided an exceptional opportunity for personal and professional development. Engaging in diverse projects and collaborating across teams has greatly enriched my knowledge. This experience not only reinforced my academic foundation but also deepened my enthusiasm for the Human Resources field, solidifying my commitment to pursuing a career in this dynamic domain.
