Abstract
This research was conducted for the purposed of “A Study on Management Practices Within Small Bumiputera Entrepreneurs in Seremban - Negeri Sembilan. The main objective of this research was to identify why many small Bumiputera entrepreneurs are not active for past several years. SMIDEC is one of the government’s agency to help small Bumiputera entrepreneurs. For the purpose of this study, the exploratory research was used to understand the problem, 40 questionnaires were distributed to small Bumiputera entrepreneur’s companies under SMIDEC. Questionnaires were distributed as the survey instrument as the source of primary data, other reliable sources would serve as secondary data. This research found that small Bumiputera entrepreneurs using few techniques as its management ways and faced few problems during start - up and current operations. It gets from survey analysis and findings when doing this study. Through this research, they need more help to survive from other parties for growth of their business. But the most important is small Bumiputera entrepreneurs should know what the best practices method should apply in order to increase efficiently in business and can sustain for a long time.
