In the first article of The Public Private partnership case study, they want to analyze how the small library have the limited fund and resources and manage the digitization of audiovisual material with the challenges that are related with the local heritage. This problem should be solve to preserve the information of the old historical legacy. It will be a problem if we are lost the materials. Mean while, the second article of The Audiovisual/digital media desertion is about the advantages of training in creating the audiovisual/digital media. These two articles are find the one possible solution of the problem and then recognizing the advantages to education and training the disciplined students to work on film theory so that they can practice it in the future. The public library should pay attention with the old collection of video tapes.

More students like to take the pictures with what they are doing in or outside. They like to the moving image rather that written text. By increasing the uses of the digital media and communication, the audio visual essay will help many researcher and doctoral candidates to done their task of the work. The library is established their digitization center, it responsible to the surrounding activities by digital preservation and manage all the activities about the digitization local history collections and other collections. Most important is, it manage and maintain the digital library.
