Industrial training report: Awan Packaging Sdn. Bhd. / Rabiatul Athirah Mohamad Rizal

Begin from 12 March, 2024, to 16 August 2024. This internship is a required for my Bachelor's degree. This internship represents a major moment in my academic and professional growth, especially at Awan Packaging Sdn.Bhd's Finance Department. My Industrial Training course (MGT666), which aims to improve my knowledge and practical skills in a real-world business environment, depends heavily on this experience.
I have grown significantly both personally and professionally over the period of the 24-week internship, learning a great deal about the specifics of financial management and business operations. In addition to improving my knowledge of the field, the practical experience has improved my skills for working together and communicating.This report strives to tell of my experience and accomplishments during the internship, describing the responsibilities given to me and the abilities I acquired. It will give thorough information on Awan Packaging Sdn Bhd, including its background, range of products, and location. In addition, a SWOT analysis framework will be used to examine the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It will also examine the company's overall performance and financial statistics, providing a comprehensive assessment of both its operational effectiveness and its financial health.All in all, my internship at Awan Packaging Sdn Bhd has been a life-changing opportunity that has given me a greater understanding of the workings of the packaging sector as well as practical skills and industry knowledge.
