Abstract

Industrial Training (IMC690) subjects is refer to the work experience that is relevant to professional development prior to graduation. It is a compulsory courses that are need to be taken by UiTM students and it is a preparation for job seeking. Students need to choose the organization in order for them to do a training activities with an organizations. From the industrial training, students are able to learn about a new skills, feel the real working environment, and also work ethics. In addition, it also can encourage the students to implement what they already leamt in the university in an organizations. Moreover, the students are able to gained a new knowledge and experience from the organizations. At the same time, the company also will gets a benefits from the students in terms of support, fresh ideas and energy that the students brings into the work environment.
