Abstract
This report provides information about the five month being a practical student in industrial training. In this report, it has been highlighted on the organizational information. It consists of the industrial training activities Ara Damansara Medical Centre (ADMC) which is one of the private hospitals in Malaysia. Besides that, it provides information on the knowledge gained during the industrial program. This report also includes the special projects that have been done during the industrial training at Health Information Management, Ara Damansara Medical Centre. The action taken or recommendations to problems during practical training were observed.
