Industrial training report: EV Dynamic Sdn Bhd / Nurin Amalin Norizam

To fulfill the requirements for my degree, it is necessary to undergo industrial training, allowing me to apply the skills acquired throughout my semesters and further develop them in real-world scenarios. Consequently, this report will detail the specific tasks and experiences I encountered during my industrial training period from March 1 to August 9 at EV Dynamic Sdn Bhd, which is situated at Putra Heights, Subang Jaya, Selangor.
During my internship at EV Dynamic Sdn Bhd, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of human resources management. This report outlines my insights, responsibilities, and experiences during this period. I also provide detailed information about EV-Dynamic Sdn Bhd, including its background, services, and organizational structure. Additionally, the report includes thorough analyses of both SWOT and PESTLE factors influencing the company. Moreover, I have proposed recommendations to leverage the company's strengths and opportunities identified in the SWOT analysis, as well as strategies to address weaknesses and potential threats affecting its operations.
Overall, I am grateful for the chance to be part of the human resources team at EV-Dynamic Sdn Bhd. This internship has also expanded my understanding of HR and prepared me for future HR roles. I appreciated the guidance from the HR team and look forward to using what I have learned to contribute positively to future workplaces.
