Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study about the factors of Service Performance of Boustead Holding Petroleum which can influence the customer satisfaction. There are various of factors that can effects on the customer satisfaction such as facilities, location, staff efficiency and sufficiency also attitude. All this factors can influence the customer to visit the BHP service station. The study conduct at Kuantan Town. The method using in this research by giving a set of questionnaires to 120 customer at 3 service station. The data colleted then process into information manually and analyzed. From the data, service performance can be reviewed to measure the requirement of customer needs and wants. This research will describe about the weakness and efficiency of BHP service station which should be doing for improvement in future.
