Industrial training report: Jabatan Kerja Raya Daerah Sabak Bernam / Nur Aisyah Rosli

This industrial training report documents the professional development and skills I learned during my internship at Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Sabak Bernam. The training program related with theoretical knowledge with practical training by providing student practical experience in information management and ICT. My role is to setting up and check ICT equipment for meetings and big events like “Program Cabutan Undi Kerja” which is improved my skills in managing information, network management, and ICT setup. I also learned event management and technical support which I have to multitask and create visual documentation as a photographer and videographer throughout the program. These responsibilities develop the skill to manage time and problem solving especially in work under pressure. My communication with supervisor and friends in every department improved my communication skills and teamwork skills. This allowing me to be more productive cooperation and have a better understanding between other people. This report highlights the training program’s which is important for aspiring information management and ICT professional in government agencies by reporting on these achievements and providing recommendations for improvement.
