Industrial training report: Hospital Shah Alam / Intan Zuliyana Asmawi

Industrial training is one of the subjects that need to be taken by Information Management students in their 4th semester as one of the requirements to finish diploma in Information Management. This report consists of Information Management students experiences in industrial training at their chosen place to do the training. As for the place that I have chosen is at Hospital Shah Alam in the Medical Records Department. The industrial training took place from 22 July until 14 September 2024. The report discussed the experiences and lessons gained by the trainee in information management fields during her industrial training period, such as classifying, managing a system, communication skills and identifying the problem. Hopefully, this report can be beneficial for the trainee, UiTM Negeri Sembilan campus Rembau Faculty of Information Science Studies College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Diploma in Information Management.
