Industrial training report: Hospital Shah Alam / Atiqah Izzati Alias

As a requirement for a student to get a Diploma in Information Management. He or she has to complete the industrial training in order to gain experience regarding the field. The industrial training could've been in any government or private sector and deal with Information management (CDIM) studies subject during the industrial training. In the past 2 months, based on the period from 22nd July 2024 until 13th September 2024, I've trained in Hospital Shah Alam in Medical Report Department. In this report, I have highlighted the experience and skills I gained, the challenges that I faced, and actions taken in solving the problems during my training. My training focused on various things like handling records stuff, key in data in SMRP websites, Photostat medical reports, processing the medical reports applications and many others thing.
