Abstract
During my internship at UiTM Bandaraya Melaka's iCEPS Unit, I contributed particularly to the unit's administrative and operational functions. My main tasks included assisting the unit's clerk with new student registration and ensuring that onboarding procedures were accurate and efficient. In addition, I carried out a variety of office tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and filing, which helped me improve my organizational skills and attention to detail. I also made a contribution to event and program management by helping with paperwork and documentation. This included preparing reports, proposals, and other required document. Furthermore, I assisted Persatuan Mahasiswa iCEPS Melaka (PMiM), the alumni club, in organizing and completing their events, which helped me improve my skills in planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This internship has been a valuable learning experience for me which allows me to improve my administrative, organizational, and communication skills. It provided me with a thorough understanding of each role in an academic support unit, as well as practical knowledge that will help me perform well in future professional settings.
