Preservation of audiovisual material are very important in worldwide. The new change in technology has become the great success to preserve audiovisual in some organization. Beside that preservation is important for the next generation to know about what happen in past. There are some suggestion in way how to preserve audiovisual material for example digitization and selection material according to the policy that been suggested by The International Federation of Television Archives (FIAT/IFTA). There also many challenges in preserving audiovisual material. All of the problem can be overcome if organization follow solution that been suggested. This will help next generation to use audiovisual material in their daily life.
