Abstract
We decided to choose Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) of Kelantan as our group project assignment which it is located at Kota Bharu. We are focusing on the system that the organization uses and manage tax operation which is located under Revenue Collection Department. We have contacted (Salleh, 2015) (LHDNM1, 2009) which holds a position as a Deputy Public Relations Officer in Kota Bharu to conduct our research regarding the system that the company used. Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) is one of the key agencies under the Finance Ministry, which is responsible for collecting and administering the national direct tax. LHDNM established under the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia Act 1995 to acquire more power especially in financial and personnel management to improve the quality of tax administration.
