Abstract
The organization that we choose to do the research is at the Department of Director General Land and Mines of Kelantan state in Kota Bharu. There are two systems that the Department of General Land and Mines using and that are Computerized Land Registration System (SPTB) and the other one is the Land Computerized Revenue Collection System, also known as SPHTB. But, we only choose one system and that is the Land Computerized Revenue Collection System (SPHTB). The SPHTB system is a system under the land data bank systems that aim to create an efficient management of land revenue that is efficiency, easy and effective. These systems that belong to the Department of Director General Land and Mines of Kelantan state were developed by using ORACLE. All the ten land offices and district uses the SPHTB system which the server collection being place at every room of land offices and district server.
