Abstract

In this study, percentage of resin Urea Formaldehyde (UF) is same for 3 density that are 650 kg/m3, 700 kg/m3 and 750 kg/m3 will be mixed with the Empty Fruit Bunch. This mix will be made board that called particleboard after cured by heat and pressure. The properties of this particleboard will be determined by several types of test. The result shows that the different density are affecting the properties of the board. For the standard of evaluating this particleboard all the board not achieved the standard that been specified.
