This paper is a report of industrial work experience for the Industrial Training course (IMC690) which has been can-ied out at Perpustakaan Tun Dr. Ismail also known as PTDI. The period of industrial training is five months starting on 4 th of September 2023 until 31 st of January 2024. During a period of five months training at PTDI, I can carry out the responsibilities given to them professionally. Industrial training is very important to give an awareness to students to show their skills and prepare for the real working environment in future. I was assigned to learn of library environment in order to ensure that all the user needs can be met. The report includes every activity completed in each unit, as well as any special projects, skills used, and tasks trainees appropriately complete. This report consists of four chapter which are background of the organization, organization
information, industrial training activities and industrial training reflection. I have implemented all the requirements for this subject in this report with evidence.
