Starting in September, students must embarked on a five-month industrial training program at Perpustakaan Tun Dr Ismail, located at UiTM Cawangan Johar, Kampus Pasir Gudang. This initiative aims to enhance students' understanding and competencies in library management, fostering the development of skilled graduates for the future. Experiencing a genuine work environment, the student gained valuable insights and
knowledge in the field, which can be applied effectively within the organization and beyond. The report encompasses four chapters, covering the introduction and background of the organization, industrial training activities, and reflections on the training experience. All pertinent details regarding the industrial training activities are documented within this report.
