Abstract

Nowadays, industry construction in our country very critical because have many problems. Majority of the problems come from the attitude of the contractor that appoints to construct the project. The problems that always issued in the medias such as project delayed, abandoned, building cracked, wiring problems, low quality of material and work, and so on that effected to the construction industry. However, the problems just not the building because the surrounding area of the site construction also have the problems. The problems that always happen at the construction site such as noise pollution, air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and so on that very critical until effected to the public peoples. Majority of the problems is very critical problems but these problems can be reduce by the use the method that stated by the local authority. The various methods sometimes give advantages to the contractor to choose the method that can be overcome the profit of the project. In noise pollution, the methods that always apply are installation of barrier to reduce the noise level at the construction site. So, by this method, the noise problems can be reduce to avoid any complaints from the public peoples.
