Abstract
In the dynamic world of international academia, the sharing of knowledge knows no boundaries, fostering understanding and cooperation among universities. Universiti Teknologi MARA Pulau Pinang Branch, through the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management (FHTM), took a significant step towards this goal on 30 November 2023 with a cultural and academic exchange through a Guest Lecture (Dosen Tamu) delivered by Dr. Muhammad 'Arif Aizat Bashir on "Culinary and Molecular Gastronomy for Food Innovation" at Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia.
