Aligning the values of Malaysian and Indonesian students through university collaborations: The International Conference on Student Research in Business Management, Economics, and Finance (ICSR2023) / Dalili Izni Shafie

International collaborations between universities provide a wealth of benefits for students, faculty, and the broader global community. Such partnerships promote the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and cultural perspectives, thereby enriching the educational experience and driving forward research and innovation.
For students, these collaborations offer invaluable opportunities for cross-cultural engagement, exposure to diverse viewpoints, and access to unique educational experiences. Through initiatives such as exchange programmes, joint degree offerings, and collaborative research projects, students can broaden their horizons, develop essential global skills, and prepare for success in an increasingly interconnected world. A prime example of such a collaboration occurred in February 2023, when UiTM Pulau Pinang Branch co-hosted the International Conference on Student Research in Business Management, Economics, and Finance (ICSR2023) with Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung, Indonesia. This joint effort highlighted the significance of international partnerships in fostering academic exchange and advancing knowledge in these key fields of study.
