A study undertaken to analyse the public area at the Kuching International Airport so as to improve the commercial activities that will generate revenue for Malaysia / Martin Gurang

The objective of the study is focus in the Malaysia Airport Berhad operation of airport retailing business at the Kuching International Airport. Basically, Commercial Division at Kuching International Airport is responsible to manage the operation of Non - Aeronautical activities that contribute an income to the Malaysia Airport Berhad especially on the lease of commercial lot spaces, duty free and non-duty free outlets, transit hotel, parking spaces and other services. The objective of the study is to find a ways and method that can ensure the commercial activities be more effective and can survival in the business operations. From this study there are some factor that are influenced the growth of the commercial activities such as layout of retail outlets and product ranges that sold at the Kuching International airport.
