Abstract

Staffs or employees need for training to be effective and efficient in their work. Current issue is that a lot of company are neglecting the importance of training that will impact their organisation efficiency. Corporate Intelligence Advisor Sdn. Bhd. (CIA) is a training provider with mostly receiving clients from big banks around Malaysia. They are offering lines of training programs to companies around Malaysia. This research will cover the factors that contributes to the satisfaction towards training for CIA. The questionnaires will be given out to participants that will be attending programs entitled “Project Auditing for Risk Assurance” by CIA. The result is expected to reveal the factors that will contributes to satisfaction towards the training,prpvided.
