Abstract

The project addresses a food delivery service problem encountered in handling the order nightmare and customer don’t engage with the restaurant brand. This is the current issue that occur in using the food delivery services. The objective is to design an ordering food platform that can organize the customer order so that it will not mixed up and miss any order, to develop an online ordering food system which can display restaurant information and connect user experience through ordering and to test the food delivery management system using cloud platform. Apart from that, the project also using the Agile approach as the method to determine what is needed in performing this project in the following step from meet, plan, design, develop, testing and finally evaluate. This process will gather all related data about food delivery services and implement it to find a better solution for the food delivery services. Finally, the development result of food delivery management system using cloud platform are discussed to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed system.
