Abstract
The academic writing report paper is based on the period from 4 February to 30 June 2015 at Skali Group. The academic writing is based on the industrial training of trainee in completing IMC 690 (Industrial Training). The industrial training is an opportunity where students can test their knowledge and creative thinking by relating the theoretical knowledge gain from the studies with the applications in the industries. With duration of 22 weeks, trainee is placed in preferred companies in order to undergo the industrial training. The trainee has been placed under SCALE department and join their training programmer called Skali Employability Enhancement Program or shortly known as SEEP. SEEP has provided modules and training classes for first three months to acknowledge and gain new knowledge and experiences by Corporate Social Responsibility by organizing outreach program, Entrepreneurial Development Programmed, and soft skills class. The remaining of internship duration, trainee is assigned in completing the Learning Management System (LMS) which project is assigned by supervisor during the internship duration. The project is starting on 4 February 2015 until 30June 2015.
